Tunbridge Wells
We refurbished and upgraded elements throughout this Edwardian home, located in the sought after 'Village' area of Tunbridge Wells.
On the ground floor, we created a new kitchen, utility area and WC. We laid parquet flooring throughout and installed underfloor heating in the kitchen.*
On the first floor we removed the existing WC to open up the landing area, allowing for the installation of a slot window above the stairs to allow natural light in.
A new feature family bathroom was installed, along with a further two bathrooms.

Renovation/Extension:
Tonbridge
The aim of this project was to transform the back of the house into a lighter more spacious living area for the family.
This was achieved by adding a flat roof extension featuring a roof light, which allowed an abundance of natural light into the space.
To complement the modern, open-plan design of the extension, we incorporated feature brickwork and installed new insulated flooring throughout as well as an underfloor heating system.
Complete Renovation: Tunbridge Wells
The homeowners tasked us with a full renovation of this Victorian era property in Tunbridge Wells.
The project included a complete rewire, the installation of a new heating system, and a full refurbishment throughout the home.
On the ground floor we built a single story rear extension, creating a bright and open plan kitchen with a snug area for the family to enjoy. The addition of a Crittle door and window allowed natural light to fill the space while creating a seamless flow between the home and garden.
Upstairs we carried out a complete transformation, including the refurbishment of bathrooms, installation of new flooring, and updated decoration throughout.

Renovation:
Four Elms
We renovated the kitchen, utility, and storage room of this period cottage, enhancing functionality while preserving its charm.
The former store room became a spacious kitchen, improving flow between living areas. The original kitchen was repurposed as a dining room, creating a natural connection between cooking and dining.
To maintain historic character, we sandblasted the old oak beams for a refreshed look. Conservation roof lights were added to maximise natural light, and herringbone oak flooring was laid throughout to enhance the sense of space.
