The brief here was to demolish the existing bungalow and clear the site ready for a new modern building to be constructed. This included a separate annexe, to be accessed off the hallway in the main house.

The client wanted a comfortable, open living space, flooded in natural light. This was achieved with a combination of large windows and skylights – one spanning the length of the house and placed centrally over the staircase and landing.

Externally we achieved clean, crisp lines with a spray render finish on the ground floor and a striking timber clad second floor.
